To ensure your jewellery is handled with care, our staff personally deliver your pieces to our workshop and return them once repaired.

Typically all basic watch batteries are replaced in-store and will be ready for collection the next day.

For repairs and servicing, our staff will provide an estimated time frame and cost when you bring your watch in. For more complex issues, we will assess the watch first and then provide a detailed repair quote before proceeding. Batteries for all quartz watches are available, and we take pride in the skills of our highly trained watchmakers in New Zealand, who regularly work on both contemporary and vintage timepieces.

We specialise in high-quality watches and service all brands at competitive prices through offsite watchmakers. Despite technological advancements, modern watches still require maintenance, including battery and rubber gasket replacement, watch band replacement, and more. Rest assured that your cherished timepiece will be handled with the utmost care.

Whether your jewellery is worn on a daily basis or only on special occasions, it will eventually suffer from wear and tear, necessitating the services of a skilled jeweller.

You can have a family heirloom restored to its former glory, or a dated or unwanted item remodelled or remade. Whatever your preference, we can assist. We can use your existing gemstones to create a completely new setting with a design of your choice. For example, we can turn a ring into a brooch, pendant, or earrings. We can find replacements for missing or lost gemstones or match a gemstone's colour and size. We will also re-cut and polish an existing stone.

Do you need to have your valuable jewellery appraised?
We offer professional, independent valuations for various purposes, including insurance replacement, probate, private sales, second-hand replacement value, estate valuation, or simply to determine your items’ current worth.

Our pricing is transparent with no hidden fees. When you have your jewellery, watches, or gift items valued, you’ll receive an accurate assessment of their current replacement value. This ensures your insurance claims are processed quickly and smoothly if anything is lost, damaged, or stolen.

Why not visit us in person? We handle all items with care—unlike online services, we do not post your jewellery. Instead, everything is personally delivered to our experienced Gemologist for assessment.

A significant portion of the jewellery we sell is handmade and designed by us. If you'd like to commission a bespoke piece, we’re happy to offer suggestions and ideas on style and suitability. Personalised engagement and wedding rings are especially popular and unique to each individual.

We can also melt down your old silver or gold jewellery to create beautiful new pieces, such as bangles or other designs. This is a sustainable way to repurpose your existing metals into something new and meaningful.

If you have your own design in mind, we will provide a quote and practical tips to bring your vision to life. Before we start crafting your jewellery, we’ll present a selection of gemstones for your approval. Once you’re happy with the design, we’ll require a deposit, and we’ll contact you when your piece is ready.
