As with any website, we recommend using up-to-date antivirus software and taking appropriate security precautions when accessing our site. While we make every effort to ensure a secure, error-free, and uninterrupted experience, we cannot guarantee this, and we expressly disclaim liability for any issues arising from the use of this website. Product Descriptions, Availability, Pricing & Errors
We take all reasonable care to accurately describe our products and display correct pricing. However, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where a product is incorrectly priced or listed. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
Product photos are intended to reflect each item as accurately as possible. Due to the challenges of photographing jewellery and other items, some products may appear larger or smaller than they are in reality.
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST. Prices may be updated at any time before an order is confirmed.
If a product becomes unavailable after you’ve placed an order, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. Either party may cancel the order in this case, and a full refund will be issued. No additional compensation will be provided.
Orders & Contract Formation
A binding agreement is formed only once we send you confirmation that your order has been received and accepted. Until that point, no contract exists. You may cancel your order at any time before receiving our confirmation.
Payment
Full payment, including any applicable delivery fees, must be received before we dispatch your order. Payments are accepted via credit card. Any credit card provider fees incurred will be your responsibility.
Gift Cards
Our gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and will not be replaced if lost, stolen, or used by someone else without your permission. Please treat them as you would cash.
If your purchase is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will be held as a store credit under your name, not on the original gift card. This credit is non-refundable in cash but can be used towards future purchases within the 12-month validity period.
Delivery
We deliver within New Zealand using NZ Post or courier services. Unless otherwise agreed, we aim to dispatch orders within 3–7 business days of confirming your order. We’ll notify you of any delays but are not liable for any resulting losses or damages.
Delivery will be made according to the instructions you provide, so please ensure they are accurate. We are not responsible for any loss resulting from incorrect delivery details.
Returns
Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act, all goods must be of acceptable quality. If they are not, you have the right to seek remedies as set out in the Act.
In addition, we offer returns or exchanges (excluding sale items, special orders, and custom-made jewellery) under the following conditions:

You notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in as-new condition, unworn, with original packaging, proof of purchase, and any included documentation (e.g. diamond certificates or instruction booklets).

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and you must ensure the safe return of the goods. We recommend using registered post, courier, or hand delivery to our store.

All returns are subject to our inspection before any refund is issued. If approved, refunds will be processed via your original payment method.

If the return is due to our error or a defective item, we will also cover return shipping costs.
Exclusions: Sale items, special orders, and custom-made jewellery are not eligible for return unless faulty under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
