Seiko 'Save the Ocean' Prospex

This limited to 5000 watch from the Prospex collection, is based on the 1970 watch that the Japanese adventurer Naomi Uemura wore when he did a dogsled trek from Greenland 

to Alaska between 1974 and 1976. The dial of the SPB333J1 has the texture of white glacier ice and is part of Seiko's "Save the Ocean" series. A range of watches of which part of the proceeds benefit the conservation of our oceans. Each model in this series has a dial that depicts a different shade of glacial ice, from white to deep blue.
